Appearance & Dress Code
Since modesty and humility are basic Christian virtues, it is expected that a student does not wear clothing with the intention of drawing attention. The classroom teacher in consultation with the principal will ascertain appropriate and inappropriate dress in questionable cases. The teacher or principal will notify parents by phone call or letter of any dress code infractions. Parents will be asked to sign and return this letter. The principal will visit with individual students regarding inappropriate attire. The parents will be contacted by the principal for repeated wearing of inappropriate attire by the student. Parents will also be called to bring appropriate clothing for a student if necessary.
We “dress up” for Chapel days to show our respect for God as we worship in His house.
