Trinity Lutheran is revamping our Small Group Ministry program (formerly known as ChristCare). Trinity will be training potential Small Group Ministry Leaders beginning on February 4th. These Leaders will go through an 8-week training program. After which they will be Commissioned and be ready to lead their individual Small Groups. These groups will begin in the spring and could provide a way for YOU to be connected to other members of Trinity.
Small Group Ministry is an essential tool to help us realize our vision of living as God’s people, serving and caring for others. Small Groups provide a safe, nurturing environment where people can grow in faith and receive support from others. Small Group Ministry is touching the lives of many people with God’s love.
“For as in one body we have many members, and not all the members have the same function, so we, who are many are one body in Christ, and individually we are members one of another. We have gifts that differ according to the grace given to us.”
Romans 12:4-6a.
Please pray for these Leaders as they go through training and start their groups that God will bless and equip each of them. Our Small Group Ministry Team will keep you updated as we continue to implement Small Groups in our congregation.
If you have an interest in being trained as a Small Group Leader, please contact the Church Office at 983-5000 as soon as possible.
