Trinity Lutheran School and Preschool Tuition Schedule 2009-2010 School Year

• Returning families have priority enrollment beginning March 2.
• Families who have put their name on the waiting list prior to January 31 will be allowed to enroll beginning March 15th.
• Open enrollment for all others will begin April 1 at 7 a.m. At this time, returning families and waiting list families can lose their spot if classes become full.
• 2010/11 Re-enrollment Form - should be used by returning students only.

PRESCHOOL Enrollment Fees:

3, 4, and 5 Year Old Programs	$45 per child
Enrollment fees are due in full at time of submitting enrollment form.

PRESCHOOL Tuition Rates:
Tuition is set as an annual tuition, but we divide it across a number of months so that we can assist families with a manageable monthly tuition rate. Preschool tuition is spread across 10 months (August – May).

Enrollment Fees K-8th	$185 per child
Enrollment fees may be paid in full at the time of submitting the enrollment form OR $95 may be paid at the time of submitting the enrollment form, and the balance of $90 paid by May 1st.

Enrollment Fees are non-refundable unless the program or classroom to which you are enrolling does not have space available for your child. All tuition is due on the 10th of the month. A $20 late fee will be assessed if payment is not received by the 20th of each month.

Preschool tuition paid in full by Monday, June 1, 2009 will be reduced by $35 per family. Kindergarten-8th Grade tuition paid in full by Monday, June 1, 2009 will be reduce by $100 per family.

Tuition Assistance: If you have need for financial assistance, please contact me as soon as possible so we can have a face to face meeting about your needs. Trinity wants to make our Christian education as affordable as possible for anyone who has need. Please do not hesitate or delay in contacting Principal Julian Petzold.

Our school participates in a Scrip program to help reduce your tuition. Scrip offers gift certificates from local and national merchants that are used just like cash in their stores. When you buy these certificates in advance of your shopping, our school earns a percentage of your purchase that is credited to your tuition account. For more information, see the school office.
